We provide detailed project plans and project inception documents setting out these stages and their sub-stages, and we work closely with clients to ensure that projects remain on track and meet their objectives.
We also have an ISO 9001 quality system that provides objective external verification that we deliver on our promises.
We also work closely with partners who can deliver specific expertise in, for example: community safety, healthcare, architecture, the creative industries and macroeconomics.
